Despite many agricultural products facing poor sales and falling prices, leading to significant financial losses for farmers, the export conditions of Chinese potatoes have improved. The export price has increased and the export volume has expanded, providing new commercial opportunities for Chinese potato farmers. China's stable Covid-19 situation and the severe situations in other countries, such as Pakistan and India, have led overseas customers to shift their attention to China. Chinese potatoes are exported almost all year round to countries such as Russia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and processed potato products are also exported to developed markets in South Korea, Europe, and the USA.
