China's meteorological department has issued a warning about a anticipated heatwave in July, expecting temperatures to be around 1 to 2 degrees Celsius above normal in several regions. The heatwaves and unpredictable heavy rains are harming developing crops globally, including in China, Russia, India, and the United States. Additionally, the department forecasts two typhoons in July, moving in a west or northwest direction.
