The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan has signed contracts worth $75 million for the export of meat to Chinese companies, as part of a long-term cooperation agreement for the purchase of beef and live cattle. Chinese construction and agricultural companies, including Beijing Capital Agro, plan to invest over $600 million in Kazakhstan's beef cattle industry by 2030. The trade of agricultural products between Kazakhstan and China is projected to continue growing, with a trade turnover expected to reach $1.3 billion in 2023, a 67% increase from the previous year.
