By utilising their business and farming expertise through a shared vision of farming for the future, the life-long friends are gearing up to present an up and coming collective, the Salt Laced Beef Co-operative. Led by chairman, Youngs Siding beef producer and owner of Coastal Transport Engineering, Chad Stewart, the nine producers farm across 4500 hectares within the Denmark shire, spanning from Nornalup to Youngs Siding. Between them, they run 3000 breeders, made up of predominantly Angus - and some Speckle-Park Angus cross cattle.
