Colombia doubles avocado shipments to the United States

(Agraria.pe) Avobook's week 10 report shows that avocado import volumes in the United States remain stable compared to the previous week. Mexico is the main supplier of avocados to the US market, although its share has dropped slightly, offset by increased shipments from Colombia. In Europe, unlike the United States, Avobook reported that avocado supply increased by 5% last week. Israel and Spain lead the supply, while Chile reduced its share by half.
