Turkey: Colorful cauliflower export from Bafra Plain to Russia

Colorful cauliflowers planted in Bafra Plain with the seedling support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry have started to be exported to Russia. Within the scope of the "Development of Colored Cauliflower Production" Project prepared by Samsun Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry as an alternative product in the Bafra Plain within the scope of the Project for Activating the Use of Agricultural Lands, colored cauliflowers planted in an area of 100 decares are being harvested. After 220 thousand cauliflowers in purple, yellow, orange and white colors are harvested, they are made ready for export. Colorful cauliflowers are then loaded onto trucks and sent to Russia.
