Construction of Bulog's New Warehouse Begins in January 2026, Complete with Milling
The strategic project worth Rp 5 trillion will be financed through the State Budget.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman addressed the government's directive assigning Perum Bulog to build 100 warehouses complete with milling facilities starting January 2026. According to Amran, the Rp 5 trillion strategic project will be financed through the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). The Minister conveyed this after the finalization meeting of the agricultural sector downstreaming at the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) Headquarters, Jakarta, on Friday (7/11/2025). He emphasized that accelerating this project is part of the major agenda for food, plantation, horticulture, and livestock downstreaming directed by President Prabowo Subianto. "We have decided that Bulog will build 100 complete warehouses with milling, totaling Rp 5 trillion, and we will start in January 2026," said Amran.
