Crab exports from Primorye in Russia to the Republic of Korea increased by more than eight percent in July

In January-July 2024, 549 batches of crab with a total weight of 15,899 thousand tons were exported to the Republic of Korea via Primorsky Krai. The Primorsky Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for Fishery issued an INN certificate for each batch in a timely manner, confirming the legality of the catch and, accordingly, the possibility of export. In July of this year, crab exports to the Republic of Korea from Primorsky Krai amounted to 2,611 thousand tons. During the month, the Republic of Korea was mainly supplied with opilio snow crab - 2,187 thousand tons and angular snow crab - 0,332 thousand tons. Compared to July 2023, crab supplies to the Republic of Korea increased by 8.6%.
