Crab of Ca Mau – From local specialty to national brand

At the regular press conference on the socio-economic situation of Ho Chi Minh City on November 13, Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su stated that Ca Mau is a locality with great potential and strengths in agriculture and aquaculture, particularly in Ca Mau crabs – a specialty favored by consumers both domestically and internationally. He mentioned that to promote the image and value of specialty products, the province will periodically organize festivals to promote key agricultural products, with crabs being a representative product. From November 16 to 22, Ca Mau Province will organize the 2nd Ca Mau Crab Festival in 2025.
