The largest creditors of JSC "Dyurtyulinsky Dairy Products Plant" (DKMP) approved the completion of the company's bankruptcy procedure. This was reported by the bankruptcy trustee Ekaterina Boin following a creditors' meeting held on January 27. "Approve the completion of the bankruptcy proceedings," reads the meeting minutes. The decision was supported by representatives of Rosselkhozbank, Sberbank, and the Federal Tax Service administration for the republic. They account for 1.15 billion rubles of claims against the debtor. The bankruptcy case of DKMP was initiated in 2019 at the request of the company "Moločnyj kraj." In 2020, monitoring was introduced at the enterprise. In 2021, the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria recognized the plant as bankrupt.
