Cultivated mushroom production in Russia increased by 80.2% in 2020

In recent years, the production of cultivated mushrooms in Russia has been steadily growing. According to the regional management bodies of the agro-industrial complex, at the end of 2020, it increased by 80.2% to 86.3 thousand tons.
