Russia: Customs officers stopped the smuggling of Far Eastern sea cucumber to China

Customs officers established that the organized criminal group consisted of two Chinese citizens and three Russians. The criminals operated in the Central and Far Eastern Federal Districts, where they bought sea cucumbers and then sent the goods by mail to China. They hired couriers to deliver illegal cargo. The vehicles that were used by the defendants to move the illegally extracted strategically important resource to the place of its processing and storage were seized.
