Dairy product prices in Ukraine are experiencing a steady increase, with an additional 10-15% rise expected by year-end if electricity supply remains stable. The price hike is primarily due to insufficient high-quality milk, decreasing milk production in Europe, seasonal weather fluctuations, high feed prices, and increased logistics and electricity costs. Factors such as general inflation are also contributing to the rise in prices for all grocery items. Additionally, the price of carrots in Ukraine is rapidly increasing, and a significant portion of Ukrainians are buying cheaper, lower quality products.
