Dairy products market in Poland on February 11, 2024

Sales prices of dairy products in Poland Dairy plants monitored under the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sold butter in blocks at PLN 23.04/kg on February 5–11, 2024, which is 1% cheaper than a week earlier and 3% cheaper than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold at PLN 23.64/kg, which was 2% cheaper than in the previous week and 9% cheaper than a month earlier. The price of butter in blocks was 7% higher than last year, and the price of packaged butter was 10% higher than last year. The sales price of skimmed milk powder was PLN 11.59/kg and was 2% higher than a week and a month earlier. The price for whole milk powder was PLN 16.21/kg, which is 1% more than in the previous week and than a month earlier. The price of OMP was similar to that quoted a year ago, and PMP was 9% lower.
