Dairy products market in Poland as of October 15, 2023

Sales prices of dairy products in Poland Dairy plants monitored under the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sold butter in blocks for PLN 21.85/kg on October 9–15, 2023, i.e. 3% more expensive than a week ago. This price level was 6.6% higher than a month ago, but 34% lower than a year earlier. Packaged butter was sold at PLN 26.37/kg, i.e. 3.4% more expensive than in the previous week and 17% more expensive than a month earlier. The price of packaged butter was 23% lower than last year. The sales price of skimmed milk powder was PLN 11.27/kg, which is 1% more than a week earlier. It was 0.6% lower than a month ago and 38% lower than a year earlier. The price for whole milk powder was PLN 16.31/kg, which is 3% less than a week earlier and 1% more than a month ago. Compared to last year's prices, PMP was 31% cheaper.
