Dairy products market in Poland on August 18, 2024

Dairy product sales prices in Poland Dairy plants monitored within the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on 12–18.08.2024 sold butter in blocks at PLN 29.07/kg, which is 6% more expensive than a week ago. This price was also 13% higher than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold at PLN 31.96/kg, which is 3% more expensive than the previous week and 7% more than a month earlier. The price of butter in blocks was 48% higher than a year ago, and packaged butter – 52%. Skimmed milk powder was paid for PLN 10.97/kg, which is 8% more than the previous week and 9.5% more than a month earlier. The sales price of whole milk powder was PLN 16.50/kg and was 1% higher than a week earlier and 2% higher than a month earlier.
