Dairy products market in Poland on January 21, 2024

Sales prices of dairy products in Poland on January 15–21, 2024. Dairy plants monitored under the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sold butter in blocks at PLN 23.46/kg on January 15–21, 2024, which is 0.9% cheaper than in the previous week and 2% cheaper than a month ago . Packaged butter was sold at PLN 25.57/kg, i.e. 1.1% lower than in the previous week and 4% lower than a month earlier. The price of butter in blocks was 2% lower than last year, and the price of packaged butter was 7.5% higher. The sales price of skimmed milk powder was PLN 11.66/kg and was 2.8% higher than a week earlier, but 0.2% lower than a month ago. The price for whole milk powder was PLN 16.12/kg, which is 0.6% more than in the previous quotation, but 1% less than a month earlier.
