Unión de Uniones, after analyzing the April 2025 sheep and goat milk delivery report, laments that the sector continues to shrink and maintains the downward trend that the organization had already warned about in previous months. According to the report, in sheep's milk, 50.61 million liters were produced in April 2025, a 6.13% drop compared to April 2024. The accumulated total for the first four months of the year is 161.65 million liters, 5.21% less than in 2024. Regarding the price in April, the national average was 1.202 €/l, which represents a drop of 0.061 €/l compared to the previous month and 21.08% lower than the price in April 2024.
