Very frequently, the National Administration of Medicines, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT), together with the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, introduce changes to the Argentine Food Code (CAA), the "law of laws" regarding consumption and commercialization within the world of gastronomy.
