The National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) delivered 22.5 tons of balanced feed for trout to fish farming families in the provinces of Tayacaja and Churcampa, in the Huancavelica region. This action is part of the National Policy against Drugs to 2030, within the framework of interventions in the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers (Vraem). In the province of Tayacaja, the intervention benefited producers from the districts of Huaribamba, Pichos, and Pazos, while in the province of Churcampa it reached families from Pachamarca, Chinchihuasi, Paucarbamba, and San Pedro de Coris, strengthening fish farming as an economic alternative that generates income and improves food security in rural areas.
