DF "Agriculture": The top management has distributed annual bonuses of over 37 thousand BGN per year.

A report provided by the State Fund "Agriculture" at the request of "Democratic Bulgaria" shows that in 2024, the fund's management received additional performance-based bonuses totaling 2,644,564 leva. The amount was distributed among 134 to 140 employees, out of a total staff of 1,700 in the fund. That is, those who received bonuses represent 8% of all employees. Of these, between 4 and 6 individuals are in the category of "senior officials of state bodies and executive directors," between 44 and 47 are directors, and 85-87 are department heads. The number of beneficiaries varies because the report is quarterly, in which their number is variable. From the information, we calculate that the senior officials and the executive director received an average of 37,282 leva last year, which increases their salaries by 3,107 leva per month.
