The China Food Institute will actively fulfill the mission of state-owned enterprises, work together with the industry to jointly promote the standardization, basic research, product development, public education, and digital transformation of China's low GI food industry, and inject inexhaustible momentum for the high-quality development of the low GI food industry.

The conference released the phased results of the key research and development project of the "14th Five-Year Plan" led by the China Food Institute, "Research and Industrialization Demonstration of Key New Technologies for the Precise Creation of Low GI Staple Foods," and officially launched the "Low GI Food Health Benefits Survey Activity (Real World Research)." Over 30 experts and entrepreneurs shared the latest health evidence and practical applications of low GI diets, and jointly explored the future of the low GI food industry moving towards intelligence and personalization.

The "AI Health Cabin" showcased at the conference integrates multiple smart devices and AI technology, achieving an integrated closed-loop of "health detection + personalized diet." A global low GI specialty product display area was set up to promote the consumption of high-quality low GI foods.

The conference launched the Low GI Product Export Plan and the Low GI Food Health Consumption and Popularization Action, selecting outstanding enterprises and products in the low GI food field in 2025, aiming to promote China's excellent low GI healthy products and scientific lifestyle to the world.

The conference held industry roundtable forums and academic roundtable forums to discuss the current status of the low GI food industry from different perspectives and to discuss the healthy development of the industry.
