The Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial Agricultural Research and Extension Services has announced plans to produce and distribute field-use agricultural technology information sheets to improve the quality of 'Sweet Gold' kiwifruit for export. This variety, which accounts for 28.4% of domestic kiwifruit exports, is highly preferred in Japan and Malaysia due to its high sugar content. The information sheets will cover various research results, including fruit quality characteristics, soil moisture management, and methods for controlling disease and pests. They will be distributed to agricultural corporations and the Agricultural Technology Center, and will also be available on the Jeju Agricultural Research and Extension Services website.
