REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Perum Bulog targets the implementation of rice distribution for the Food Supply and Price Stability Program (SPHP) to reach around 60 percent by the end of 2025. This target is set in line with the acceleration of SPHP distribution in the remaining time of the year to maintain rice price stability at the consumer level. Bulog's CEO Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani conveyed that as of Tuesday (12/23/2025), the implementation of SPHP has exceeded more than half of the total assignment for this year. “The implementation of SPHP today has reached 784 thousand tons or 52.8 percent. With the remaining time, we estimate we can reach around 60 percent by the end of the year,” said Ahmad Rizal in Jakarta, Wednesday (12/24/2025).
