Aimed at next-generation executives, this academy provides systematic education and participatory workshops to strengthen leadership and management practical skills. From September 19 to December 13, the academy was held for four months in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeju, featuring expert instructor theoretical education, team-based task completion, and achievement-sharing workshops as a participatory, practice-centered program. The closing ceremony and achievement-sharing workshop were held at the Gloucester Hotel in Jeju on the 12th.
