"The exhibition presents significant interest for our producers. For eleven years, the Arab Emirates have been accepting Russian goods, which contributes to the search for new clients. This year, the maximum number of companies is around 140, and the area with Russian products amounts to more than 2000 square meters. The turnover of agricultural products between the Russian Federation and the UAE is growing annually, having doubled over the last three years and reaching 400 million dollars. We intend to continue this trend, planning to increase the turnover by at least 10% by the end of 2026," noted Patrushev. He also emphasized the active development of the export of halal products and the readiness of domestic companies to increase supplies of grain, meat, and milk to the UAE. In addition to this, work continues on the creation of a BRICS grain exchange, which is of global importance since the union controls almost half of the global consumption of grains and oilseeds.
