The next edition of the largest dairy industry event in Central and Eastern Europe is fast approaching. On September 4-5, in the very center of the Podlaskie Voivodeship - in Białystok, the 21st International Dairy Community Forum will be held. In the meantime, the echoes of last year's edition of the Forum are not dying down. The direct "aftermath" of this event was the signing of the Polish-Ukrainian dairy memorandum on June 17, 2024, also in Białystok. The event was attended by representatives of both countries, including the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Stefan Krajewski.
