Dried fruit exports increased by 26 percent in Turkey

Having successfully passed the year 2023, the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the Turkish dried fruit industry achieved exports of 160 million dollars in January 2024, with an increase of 26 percent. The sector has taken a big step towards reaching the 1.8 billion dollar export target it set for the end of 2024. The Aegean Dried Fruit and Products Exporters' Association, which accounts for 60 percent of Turkey's dried fruit exports, showed a more successful chart in January. EKMİB, which increased its exports from 67 million dollars to 92.5 million dollars with an increase of 38 percent, became the export increase record holder among the 12 exporter associations within EİB.
