In Ukraine, sunflower harvest is lagging: farmers have collected 8.9 million tons of the crop, which is 91% of the planned areas to be harvested. Thus, the collection rate over the week increased by only 1%. This is reported by Latifundist.com, citing data from the Ministry of Economy as of November 13. Over the week, farmers harvested 192.3 thousand tons of sunflower. By the same date last season, 97% of the sunflower areas had been harvested and 9.9 million tons of oilseed had been threshed.
