The program, designed to be easily participated in by beginners, will proceed in accordance with the soy sauce fermentation cycle, with the soy sauce soaking on March 7, soy sauce stirring on April 25, and soy sauce distribution on November 21. Participants will be able to take home the soy sauce and soy paste they have directly soaked during the soy sauce distribution event to set up a family meal.
