This surge in trade activities was witnessed across various commodities, including a significant rise in onion exports attributed to large harvest surpluses in the region, a decrease in potato and cabbage exports due to depleted stocks, and a threefold increase in blueberry imports, primarily for the Russian market. Additionally, there was a notable growth in watermelon imports, largely for re-export to Russia, indicating a robust trade dynamic in the sector. This report highlights the fluctuations in the international market for Belarusian agricultural products, showcasing the country's active role in the global trade of fresh and frozen produce.
