Egypt's food industry exports to Iraq have seen a 1% increase in the first 8 months of 2021, reaching $84.2 million, up from $83.7 million the previous year. Iraq is the 13th largest importer of Egyptian food industry products, with the sector's exports to Iraq experiencing significant growth since 2014, totaling $574 million. The top 10 exports, which make up 95% of the total, include aromatic mixtures, tobacco, fats and oils, various food preparations, chocolate, and pickled and processed olives.
