According to Krasnoyarskstat, from January to August 2025 in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 98.4 thousand tons of milk, excluding raw milk, were produced. The production of 7.8 thousand tons of sour cream was 5.8% higher than the same period of the previous year, 3.3 thousand tons of cottage cheese (+4.2%), 2.4 thousand tons of butter (+15.7%), 2.0 thousand tons of yogurt (+2.2%), and 0.5 thousand tons of cream (2.2 times more).
