The main destinations for these exports included Algeria, Saudi Arabia, and the USA, with the primary recipients of specific cereals being China, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam. On the other hand, the EU imported 17% less cereals from July 1 to September 27, 2020, compared to the corresponding period in the 2019/2020 season, with the most significant imports being maize, barley, rye, and sorghum from countries like Brazil, Ukraine, and India.
