The Ministry of Agriculture of Belarus has reported a 62.8% increase in agricultural trade with Tajikistan, compared to the same period last year. The trade primarily includes exports of sugar, meat, bone meal, milk powder, whey, malt, and malt extract. The trade volume for last year was approximately 8.1 million dollars, with exports to Tajikistan accounting for 6.8 million dollars. Belarus and Tajikistan are discussing further cooperation in the agricultural sector, including the assembly of Belarusian agricultural machinery in Tajikistan and the establishment of a joint dairy product processing venture in Dushanbe.
