The Kursk region in Russia has seen an increase in the export of flax seeds, with over 2.28 tons exported in 2023, three times more than the previous year. The demand for Kursk flax is particularly high in countries like Belarus, Poland, Germany, and Serbia. The flax seeds are tested by the Center for Grain Quality Assessment to ensure they meet importing countries' requirements, and no discrepancies have been found in seeds intended for export.
