Tomato exports from Turkey grew by 42.8% to $538.7 million compared to the previous year, with Ukraine being one of the largest importers. In 2022, Turkey exported tomatoes worth $377.19 million to 54 countries, an increase of 42.8% from the previous year. The top importers of Turkish tomatoes were Romania, Ukraine, Poland, and Germany, and Ukraine fell to 19th place in tomato production worldwide.
