The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, in partnership with Bayer and the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities, has initiated a seed supply program to support Ukrainian farmers. Bayer will distribute free corn seeds for the spring sowing season of 2025 across several regions, excluding temporarily occupied territories. Farmers who are registered in the State Agrarian Register and have lands ranging from 5 to 500 hectares can apply for this assistance. The distribution of seeds is set to begin in early May. This program is part of the larger 'Cohesive Communities' project, supported by the American people, which has already distributed 810 tons of vegetable and grain seeds to affected communities, aiding over 1,700 agricultural producers and over 300 thousand households.
