The agricultural community in the Moscow region has successfully sown over 9,000 hectares of land with a variety of spring crops, including wheat, barley, oats, corn, peas, and fodder crops, since the start of the spring sowing season on April 28. The region is well-prepared with an ample seed supply and is on track to achieve its target of sowing 246,000 hectares with spring crops, of which 25,500 hectares will be wheat. The sowing campaign is progressing efficiently across 13 urban districts, with some areas also planting oilseeds, vegetables, and potatoes.
