The article reports on the fluctuation of local feed and raw material prices in the agricultural market on Saturday, 11-30-2024. Prices for broiler, laying hens, cattle, duck, rabbit, pigeon, quail, turkey, camel, horse, and ostrich feed, as well as concentrates, vary greatly. The cost of imported and local corn, chopped cotton seeds, flax meal, coarse bran, soybean husk, soybean meal, sunflower meal, gelatin, soybean seeds, and soybean waste also changes. These price fluctuations are attributed to the global stock exchange, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and increased global fuel prices, with the war causing major producers to convert corn into fuel. Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed, from the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, notes the difference in feed prices based on quality and protein percentage, and highlights the impact of the liberalized dollar exchange rate and the volume of releases on imported corn prices.
