At the request of industry organizations, the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) is preparing a proposal to the Council of Ministers to postpone the effective date of the Tariff for fees collected by the BFSA. This became clear from a statement by the agency to the media. 13 industry organizations published a joint declaration against the changes in the fee tariff. The Food Agency reports that the proposal to the Council of Ministers provides for the new implementation date to be from July 1, 2026.
