In the first half of 2024, the Novosibirsk region in Siberia, under the oversight of the Siberian Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor, successfully exported 488 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops. This transaction saw the issuance of 12,002 phytosanitary certificates, predominantly through the 'My Export' platform, with China and Kazakhstan being the primary importers. The export portfolio included wheat, barley, peas, buckwheat, rapeseed, flax, and oats, with significant increase in exports to China. The exports to China were organized through the 'Request for a phytosanitary certificate' service on the specialized foreign trade platform 'My Export'. The Novosibirsk region also exported grain products to Belarus, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with the safety and phytosanitary requirements of the importing countries and maintaining traceability through the Federal State Information System ‘Grain’.
