Frango: As already expected, the volume exported in October is the 2nd highest in history

Just as predicted by researchers at CEPEA, the volume of chicken meat exported by Brazil in October was the second highest in history, surpassed only by the volume exported in March 2023. Researchers at CEPEA emphasize that this excellent performance in external sales occurred even without the participation of the main importer of Brazilian meat, China. The Asian country announced the resumption of purchases from Brazil on November 7, putting a "full stop" to the suspensions imposed by different countries following the avian flu case in May of this year.
