Free potato seed distributed to boost Philippines’ potato production

In an effort to increase potato production in the Philippines, the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 2 (DA-RFO 2) has distributed free potato seed tubers to farmers in Nueva Vizcaya. The distribution was made possible through a partnership between DA-RFO 2, the local government unit, and the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Plant Industry (DA-BPI).
