Half a block from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, this establishment offers 480 types of native potatoes, cultivated up to 4,200 meters above sea level. Among them, the Michisillo (shaped like a feline's claw), the Mashupapa (sweet and yellow), the Qhachun Wacachi (with an unpeelable skin, meaning to make the daughter-in-law cry), the Puka Punchu (red on the edges and another color inside), the Puma Maki (puma's fist), and the Yanabole (circular purple potato).
