In the first nine months of this year, Türkiye's fresh fruit and vegetable exports reached $1.94 billion, with 34% of those exports going to Russia. The country delivered 3.35 million tons of fruit and vegetables to foreign markets, with the Mediterranean region accounting for 44% of all exports. The top three exporting products were tomatoes, peaches, and tangerines, which saw increases in export revenue. Russia was the largest market for Turkish growers, followed by Germany and Romania. There was also a significant increase in exports to Israel, Croatia, and Belarus. Additionally, exports to Saudi Arabia have increased significantly, with sales to the country continuing at a faster pace last month.
