Fuel: 3tentos announces distribution base with Ipiranga in Mato Grosso

3tentos Agroindustrial informed, in a relevant fact sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), that it has entered into a partnership with Ipiranga to implement a fuel distribution base integrated with its biodiesel plant in Vera (MT). The project, expected to start operations in 2027, is considered by the company as an unprecedented movement of logistical integration in the fuel market in Brazil and is part of the expansion strategy in the Midwest and the North logistics corridor. According to the document, "the fuel distribution base will operate integrated with the company's biodiesel plant in the municipality of Vera, in northern Mato Grosso". The structure will occupy up to 30,000 m2 and was planned "to unite, in the same complex, the production and distribution of fuel in the region that is today the largest producer of grains in the country".
