Galicia calls for aid for the replacement of animals due to compulsory slaughter

On January 17, the Official Journal of Galicia (DOG) published the Order establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of complementary compensation aid and aid for the replacement of animals on cattle, sheep and goat farms, as a result of the mandatory slaughter of livestock in execution of official disease eradication programs, and is called for the year 2025. This order will regulate, within these aids, two procedures that correspond to two periods of time in the aids: a) Complementary compensation aids on cattle, sheep and goat farms: vacuum period and b) Complementary compensation aids on cattle, sheep and goat farms: post-authorization period for reintroduction.
