As the harvest of this year's rice has concluded, Gangjin Agricultural Cooperative (Chairman Jin Sung-guk) has entered into the full-scale purchase of grains. Gangjin Agricultural Cooperative, including the purchase warehouses in Gangjin, Gundong, and Seongjeon areas, and the Gangjin County Agricultural Cooperative Integrated RPC, is making full efforts to alleviate the worries of local farmers by simultaneously conducting public reserve rice and self-purchase. This year, due to the occurrence of diseases and pests such as mung bean mosaic disease in some areas, as well as frequent rainfall and climate change, the yield has not reached the average level, exacerbating the worries of farmers. Considering these circumstances, the inspection criteria have been re-examined, and the entire purchasing process has been reorganized on-site to focus on minimizing the burden on farmers.
