Ukraine has been diversifying its exports of frozen raspberries outside of Poland in order to reduce trade risks and increase income. As a result, Ukraine was able to decrease Poland's share of frozen raspberry exports by 14 percentage points and increase exports to countries like Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the United States. The growth in exports is helping Ukraine to become a global leader in raspberry exports, as it is expected that production volumes in Poland and Serbia will decrease, allowing Ukraine to potentially overtake them in the future.
